The last two years have shown that König + Neurath knows how to actively shape change. Like many manufacturers in Germany, König + Neurath also faced a number of challenges. The management team navigated the family-owned company safely through the turbulent times and successfully aligned it for the future. The comprehensive redesign of the WORK.CULTURE.CAMPUS as a competence and training centre is one of the projects realised during this time. Highly motivated, Marc W. Lorch now wants to continue on this course and sees the event as a prelude to an even clearer positioning as a holistic process companion.
