Experience König + Neurath close-up
The transformation currently taking place in the workplace could be felt everywhere at ORGATEC. The fact that change is a key theme throughout the industry was even expressed in this year’s exhibition motto, “culture@work”.
KKönig + Neurath recognised this development a long time ago and set out to bring its own identity into focus whilst making it even more tangible for dealers and customers. At ORGATEC 2018 visitors were able to experience the result of this process: WORK.STYLE.CULTURE.
New tools and products with which we assist companies in this change process were presented on the König + Neurath exhibition stand. We support our customers throughout the entire office design process and collaborate with companies to explore their individual work cultures, taking into account themes such as digitisation, employer attractiveness and demographics.

The WORK.CULTURE.MAP is at the heart of our consulting approach. It’s a tool that enables us to analyse work culture using seven dimensions, and identify a status quo. Then on this basis we can work with the customer to define a target image to form a foundation upon which we can develop space concepts.

Four style collections offer orientation for interior design
König + Neurath has developed four style collections to give this culture the necessary shape: Flow, Timeless, Pure and Vision. We produced these four styles in a series of creative workshops. We were deliberately not just focusing on the search for trends – instead we wanted to define styles that would last. We were able to allocate existing products and forms from the König + Neurath portfolio to the different style collections – according to fabrics, finishes and colours.
