1377 years of company service

Natalie Hebbel celebrated an exceptional jubilee. She started her commercial apprenticeship in 1962 and worked for 57 years at the side of her late brother. She lived through the change from a case-goods manufacturer to one of the leading German office furniture brands, with an international reach. Gerti König, deputy chair of the supervisory board, and the members of the Board honoured the many years of loyal service and of commitment to the company, in good times and in bad. In addition to a certificate, the jubilarians received a souvenir present as a thank you.

The long years of service build up a wealth of experience from which the supplier of office furniture and room systems can profit, especially in times of shortage of skilled labour. The family business of König + Neurath, in the fifth generation, is aware of its social responsibilities to its employees, and this is firmly anchored in the company culture. In addition to opportunities for apprenticeships and further training, the company has introduced a variety of measures to improve employee health within the framework of the company’s Health and Safety scheme. The good working atmosphere and the positive sense of togetherness is confirmed by the long service of the jubilarians. In addition, we said farewell to seventeen employees starting their well-deserved retirement.
