Change in the Supervisory Board

"It has been a pleasure to serve the company with passion as Chairman of the Supervisory Board and to actively support the process of change that has been initiated. I am pleased that my work has contributed to the successful development of König + Neurath AG and I am sure that the management and employees will be able to develop the company dynamically for the benefit of all. As my role as Chairman of the Supervisory Board was planned for the transformation phase anyway, and as my entrepreneurial activities require my full attention and commitment, I have asked the shareholder family to release me from my responsibilities early," said Karsten Helber.

His decision to step down has been taken in agreement with the shareholder family. The family would like to thank Karsten Helber for his commitment and dedication to the company and wishes him every success and all the best in his own entrepreneurial endeavours.

The shareholder family is pleased to have been able to appoint Thomas Reimann as Mr Helber's successor. The experienced CEO of ALEA AG has been personally known to the shareholder family for many years and has close business ties. Thomas M. Reimann has repeatedly demonstrated his expertise and diverse skills over decades of successful activity. Last year, he was awarded the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany for his many voluntary commitments.

"It is a great pleasure for me to take over from Mr Helber and to lead the company into the future together with the Management Board, the members of the Supervisory Board and the shareholder family," said Thomas M. Reimann. His close ties to the region and his long-standing relationship of trust with the König family will play a key role in preserving the values and traditions of the family business while developing innovative strategies for the future. "I firmly believe that by working closely together and sharing a common vision, we can move the company forward," says Reimann.
