König + Neurath AG appoints a new Chairman of the Supervisory Board
As of 1st January 2021 Karsten Helber, a graduate in economics, takes over the role of Chairman of the Supervisory Board at König + Neurath AG – the office furniture and room systems supplier from Karben near Frankfurt am Main. Mr Helber succeeds Otmar Stein, who was a member of the Supervisory Board at the office furniture manufacturing company since 2005 until he stepped down from his position at the end of 2020. The stakeholders selected Karsten Helber because of his extensive business experience. He will support the company in its strategic orientation for the future, bringing his in-depth understanding and skill across multiple disciplines to the table.
Karsten Helber talks about his new responsibilities: “The family-owned company is not only supporting customers through the work culture transformation, but the organisation itself is also undergoing a radical change process – from production-oriented company to solution-based supplier. The supervisory board actively supports and assists this new direction. I’m really looking forward to working with the supervisory board, directors and workforce in a spirit of mutual trust.” Apart from his new appointment at König + Neurath AG, the 51 year-old from Stuttgart is a founder and entrepreneur, as well as holding positions on supervisory boards elsewhere. He stands for a responsible, future-oriented style of company management and is a well-known innovator and driver of digitalisation in business processes.
König + Neurath AG has a positive outlook for the year ahead. Karsten Helber has this to say: “I’m absolutely certain that König + Neurath is ready to face the challenges ahead and adopt a future-oriented approach to the transformation in the market at national and international level. Our team members are highly motivated and committed to their work, which allows us to use the changing situation as an opportunity to establish innovative concepts and solutions.”
